Wash N Wrap Laundry service includes washing, drying, and folding of clothes as per the customer’s instructions. We accept various types of clothing items, including but not limited to shirts, pants, dresses, towels, and bedsheets.

2. Pricing and Payment:

a. Pricing for laundry services is based on weight or a per-item basis, as specified in our pricing list.

b. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, UPI/debit cards, and other accepted payment methods.

c. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Turnaround Time:

a. We strive to complete laundry services within [specified time frame], barring any unforeseen circumstances.

b. Customers will be informed in case of any delays.

4. Quality Assurance:

a. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items submitted for laundry service are machine washable.

b. Customers must remove any valuable items, such as jewelry or money, from their clothing before submitting them for laundry. We will not be liable for any loss of such items.

7. Pickup and Delivery:

a. Pickup and delivery services are available for certain areas and transportation charges may applicable in specific areas of Chennai.

b. Customers must provide accurate address and contact information for pickup and delivery arrangements.

c. We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to scheduled pickup and delivery times, but we cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to factors such as traffic and weather conditions.

8. Cancellation and Refunds:

a. Customers may cancel their laundry service order up to one day before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee.

b. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

9. Privacy Policy:

a. We respect our customers’ privacy and will not disclose any personal information provided to us for the purpose of laundry service.

b. Customer information will only be used for internal record-keeping and communication purposes.
